Referral program
To keep it simple and to the point, we're gifting a 1000€ + 1000€ bonus in case we hire one of your referrals.
How do I qualify for the bonus? You ask.
It’s quite simple, actually:
- Have your friends (or anybody you know, really) apply to a position.
- Make sure they refer they came through you. Either in the application submission form or during the interview process.
- If we fancy the person and we actually hire them, you're entitled to the bonus. Simple.
- If the person goes on to stay at Significa for 2 years, you’ll receive another 1000€ bonus when they reach their second Significa anniversary.
What if's...
What if I recommend someone who does not qualify for an open position? As in Significa is looking for a Senior-level, but I refer a lower-level person.
If the person gets hired, you still qualify for the bonus.
What if I refer multiple people and Significa hires multiple people?
You get the bonus times the number of people we hire.
What if my friend applies spontaneously for a non-open Position?
If the person gets hired, you still qualify for the bonus.
What if I've referred someone who was hired before this program got in place? Am I still entitled to the bonus?
No way, José!
What if the referred employee leaves before one year? You'll receive the 1000€ referral bonus, but not the second 1000€.
What if I leave before the referred hire passes two years at Significa?
You'll receive the 1000€ referral bonus, but not the second 1000€.
Well, that’s it: get your friends to work at Significa and fill your pockets.

According to our Hiring criteria, we hire purely based on merit. Well, and on the fact that candidates are not assholes. But if they were, you wouldn't refer them, right?
Every candidate, regardless of their provenance, will go through the same three Recruitment process phases for everyone. Same, same, same.
