Company goals

Our goals as of 2024 are:

Increase the quality and efficiency of our work in a measurable way.

Before trying to improve the quality of what we do, we must be able to measure it. Then, once measured, we’ll be able to identify clear, actionable points.

Define and consolidate processes within, across and between all company departments.

We must improve internal communication and processes to a point where lost information is drastically reduced. In parallel, we must define and refine our process so that every project flows without friction.

Set ourselves on the path to becoming thought leaders.

We know we are really good at what we do. We need to make sure the rest of the world thinks likewise. If we want to achieve such an ambitious goal, we must communicate and act accordingly. We must show the world the quality of what, how, and why we do what we do.

Instigate a sense of belonging in everyone.

If we aim to become a place where people love to work, then people must feel they actively contribute and belong to this culture of ours. We must make everyone feel valued, appreciated, and worthy.
